To facilitate the reading and easy use, the nutrition pillar of the Menopause Programs is focused on the specific needs of this phase: Postmenopause Nutrition is addressing the changes after menopause and the adaptations to make in your food and supplement choices to control menopause symptoms, overall health and weight management. 

To be launched in the summer 2025.
 

This chapter is designed to help you optimize your nutrition to align with your body's new hormonal needs, improve vitality, and maintain long-term health.
