Hello ladies, and welcome to my page!

I'm a nutritionist and coach with a passion for fine-tuning women's health and hormonal balance.

My journey began in my early 30s, when I switched careers to pursue my love for fitness and wellbeing.

Over the past decade of practice, I've noticed a significant gap in women-specific health approaches: many diets and physical training protocols advertised to women aren't actually tested on women, leading to frustrating results for many ladies.

As I have a background in research and I've been working mainly with women for over 10 years now, I've searched further, relentlessly looking for studies in which women were tested on fitness and adjusted nutrition.

And there's no surprise: due to our changing hormonal system, us, women, we need a different regimen for movement, food and stress management, different than the one of men.

Also: crossing our 40s proves to make things bumpier: the less easy predictable hormonal fluctuations starting in perimenopause, but also diverse hormonal misbalance, higher incidence of autoimmune conditions, thyroid sensitivities etc. And in the postmenopausal years, the optimal regimen for training and diet to keep ourselves healthy and strong changes, again!

The sad part? While the research studies are multiplying in the recent years, there is not yet an official, medically established path to follow, leaving women confused about the changes they need to make in order to keep in great shape.

And, if the doctor didn't tell us to make a certain change, then, it isn't necessary, no?!

That's the tricky part... It is important to cross our perimenopause and menopause transition STRONG and healthy, and at this moment, the regular medical feedback is not yet aligned with the current research discoveries.

To give you just one example: most doctors still state that "joint pain is not related to hormones"; while recent research that was only finalised in October 2024, finally confirms that it is (article here).

The examples can endlessly continue, and the medical discourse will change in a few years. But for the ones of us crossing our perimenopause and menopause transition NOW, there's no time to lose!

Losing time is losing muscle mass, losing bone density, facing physical, mental and emotional symptoms that CAN and SHOULD be fixed. Feeling strong and confident in your body, being in good shape and bursting with energy are necessary, every day of our lives.

Optimising our health during perimenopause and menopause journey is simply POWER.

 

As a 46-year-old navigating perimenopause myself, I face and understand well the unique challenges we face.

I've experienced firsthand how adjusting my own strategies to align with my hormonal changes made me so much stronger, and I guided and witnessed amazing transformations of hundreds of women.

From managing weight to addressing estrogen dominance, PMS, digestive issues, autoimmune conditions, PCOS or migraines (which I've personally happily overcome in my own journey), I've supported women through the most diverse health, healing, fitness and performance goals.

My approach is based on medical, nutritional and training research, it is supported naturally and is safe.

 

I started to dream of creating a platform for ladies in menopause transition already 5-6 years ago. Finally, it turned into reality at the beginning of 2024, and I'm excited to put in it all my experience and best practices that have helped already hundreds of ladies over 40yo to get in great shape. 

Women after 40yo are BUSY - thus my programs are accessible online in do-it-yourself programs, to help them advance in their own rhythm, and private coaching with me can be planned when / if necessary.

Important note: while medical research advances, my online programs​​ will remain "alive" resources, that I plan to continuously update and fine-tune.

Access to reliable information to self-conduct a healthy menopause journey is crucial for each woman, setting a strong foundation for the decades to come.

And the beauty of adjusting our strategy along with our hormonal changes?   We actually get stronger while aging!
