Prevention Goddess is for the woman in her late 30s or early 40s who notices the first whispers of change - 2 stubborn kilos around the belly, a different kind of tiredness, lighter sleep, slower recovery after travels or busy weeks - and she wants to act early instead of waiting for symptoms to pile up. Co‑creating a way of eating that stabilises blood sugar, supports hormone production and detoxification, and prevents gradual weight creep: enough protein, colourful plants, smart carbohydrates, and healthy fats, adapted to her schedule and preferences. She discovers how to structure her meals across the day and the month to feel satisfied, avoid energy crashes, and protect against midlife weight gain and inflammation.
- Muscle‑protecting, confidence‑building movement
We build a fitness program, and the 5 PowerPilates classes included in the program give her inspiration on how to build a foundation of strength, mobility, and better posture that supports her joints and metabolism. We combine strength training, cardio, mobility, stability and recovery in a way that fits her real life, so movement becomes a powerful hormone ally, not another stressor.
